Iron Fish Construction is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator to join our growing team. The position will report directly to the Manager of Contract Administration and will primarily assist with maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable.


  • Process subcontract/vendor invoices for payment to include the preparation of lien waivers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors/vendors seeking assistance with accounts payable questions and resolve invoice-related issues (job codes, compliance etc.).

  • Process new subcontractor vendor packets to ensure compliance with company requirements.

  • Assist with Project Manager expense submission and reimbursement process.

  • Maintain Compliance Depot account and other client and vendor account set-up requirements.

  • Assist in Accounts Receivable collections.

  • Assist with monthly credit card reconciliation.

  • Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Construction accounting experience preferred with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience 

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Associates Degree preferred in accounting or real estate related
